Wole is responsible for intellectual property matters at GBC Law. He also focuses on real estate transactions, and corporate commercial law. He has over 25 years experience of legal practice and also has considerable expertise in e-commerce. He has also been involved in a number of transactions in the Nigerian energy sector.

Wole worked as an associate at Sheikh & Co. Solicitors, London, before joining Merrill Lynch International Bank, London where he worked in the Private Banking Department. He worked as Company Secretary at Dabis International Company Limited, London also, before a stint at Irving & Bonnar where he worked with the corporate/commercial group on a variety of transactions for both domestic and international clients.
