Adetola is a Senior Associate in the Energy Projects and Corporate Commercial department of the firm. Adetola is responsible for drawing up contracts and documentation on various Oil & Gas projects, private equity finance transactions, effecting registration of loan documentation, providing legal services on complex projects and finance schemes; conducting due diligence on behalf of client banks and other financial institutions, and generally providing legal services on an on-going basis.
Her areas of expertise include Company/Corporate Law, Property & Investment Law, Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Administrative Law, Regulatory Compliance, Banking & Finance Law, Property & Investment Law, Planning and Compulsory Acquisitions Law, Media Law.
