Wole is a Partner at Gbenga Biobaku & Co. He has about 14 years experience of legal practice and has considerable expertise in real property and intellectual property law transactions. Wole has also been involved in a number of transactions in the Nigerian Energy Sector. Wole worked as an associate at Sheikh & Co. Solicitors, London, before joining Merrill Lynch International Bank, London where he worked in their Private Banking Department.
He later worked as Company secretary at Dabis International Company Limited, London. Wole also had a stint at Irving & Bonnar (Nigeria’s oldest and at one time most prestigious law firm), where he worked with the corporate/commercial group on a variety of corporate/commercial transactions for both domestic and international clients.
Wole obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Lagos State University in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1999. He also holds a Masters Degree in law from the Washington College of Law, Washington and also holds an MBA from Kogod School of Business, Washington. Wole’s areas of specialization include real property & conveyancing transactions, intellectual property and corporate commercial law.
Wole is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and the International Trade Mark Association (INTA).
