Wole is a Partner at Gbenga Biobaku & Co. and is responsible for intellectual property matters.
He also focuses on real estate transactions, and corporate commercial law.

He has about 19 years experience of legal practice and also has considerable expertise in e-commerce. Wole has been involved in a number of transactions in the Nigerian Energy Sector. Wole worked as an associate at Sheikh & Co. Solicitors, London, before joining Merrill Lynch International Bank, London where he worked in their Private Banking Department.

He later worked as Company secretary at Dabis International Company Limited, London. Wole also had a stint at Irving & Bonnar where he worked with the corporate/commercial group on a variety of transactions for both domestic and international clients.

Wole obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Lagos State University in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. He qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1999. He also holds a Masters Degree in law from the Washington College of Law, Washington and also holds an MBA from Kogod School of Business, Washington.

Wole is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
