Titilola is an Associate in the firm real estate department and is responsible for coordinating the firm’s real estate practice. She maintains liaison with both clients and authorities on all aspects of property transactions.

Titilola has experience in all aspects of real estate financing the Nigeria. She also has experience in residential and commercial mortgage transactions and in the sale of residential mortgage portfolios.
Titilola has been involved in drafting sale and purchase agreements, mortgage perfection and several other commercial property transactions including obtaining government consents and building and development approvals and permits.

She obtained LLB from the University of Ibadan, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Titilola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and currently undertaking a course at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Some key transactions in which Titilola had been involved include acting for a client in a multi-million naira entirely bespoke financing and acquisition of property in the exclusive Banana Island area in Lagos; and acting for a major commercial bank in the perfection of security relating to a major property development.
