Ayoade graduated from the Ambrose Alli University in 2004 and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2005. He did his National Youth Service in the Civil Department of the Ministry of Justice, Rivers State where he gained good experience in litigation.

Ayoade main area of interest is commercial litigation and he is a member of the litigation group at Gbenga Biobaku & Co. However he maintains an active interest in corporate commercial matters, especially in the areas of legal research and writing of legal opinions. Ayoade is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and speaks fluent English and Yoruba.

Other Interests: Ayoade enjoys reading and playing chess.
